Though it's challenging for Samuel to talk about himself, this classically trained performer earned his BFA in Theatre from Wayne State University, where he acted in roles ranging widely from Shakespeare to Charlotte's Web. Post graduation, he has been blessed to be a series regular on the PBS children's show "Think Squad", do voiceover work for the John Woo animated series "7 Brothers", as well as appear in several film and television roles.

While Samuel truly enjoys acting, nothing quite compares to the rewards he got from working with the youth ministry at the church where his father used to pastor, and the positive impact - he was told by many students themselves - that he made during his 2 years as a substitute teacher. Investing in and encouraging the youth to reach for their most "ridiculous" dreams is a passion for him.
